Adv. A.B. Patil appearing for respondent No.4 points out that in separate Writ Petition No. 2522/2013 filed by respondent No.4, on dated 11th April 2016 this Court has directed the liquidator to dispose of the properties of textile mills within 3 months so far dues of petitioner Bank therein can be released. Taking shelter of the order dated 15/03/2017, the Employees' Association is not permitting the assets to be sold.

In this situation, we recall the order dated 15th March, 2017 and direct the applicant to proceed further as per our directions dated 11th April, 2016 in W.P. No.2522/2013.
