Heard.

Looking to the observations and reasons mentioned in the order of the learned Family Court granting maintenance, In my opinion, the order is modified as under :

Amount of maintenance payable to each of the respondents-original petitioner is reduced from Rs.5000/- per month to Rs.3,000/- per month, only upon assurance that the petitioner shall deposit the said amount before the Family Court within a period of six weeks from today. If the amount is not deposited, order of modification as is observed hereinabove shall stand revoked without further reference to the Court and the respondent is at liberty to recover maintenance @ Rs.5,000/- as per

CRIWP882.16 order of the Family Court dated June 20, 2014. Hearing of the proceedings before the Family Court is expedited.

With these directions, the petition shall stands disposed of.
