The applicant - complainant is seeking cancellation of pre-arrest protection granted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gondia in favour of the non-applicant 2 in Crime 151/2019 registered with Police Station Ramnagar, Gondia under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The pre-arrest protection is confirmed by the learned Sessions Judge on 28.05.2019.

During the pendency of this application the investigation is complete and charge-sheet is filed
