Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and video quality was proper.

First Appeal No. 1033/2018 was decided along with other connected appeals on 26.02.2019. It is however informed by the Registry that the said first appeal was placed before the Lok Adalat on 08.09.2018 and the said appeal was permitted to be withdrawn before the Lok Adalat.

In view of the fact that First Appeal No. 1033/2018 was withdrawn before the Lok Adalat on 08.09.2018, common judgment dated 26.02.2019 will not operate in First Appeal No.1033/2018 and said appeal would be governed by the order of the Lok Adalat. Needless to state that the common judgment would operate in other appeals.
