The applicant/wife is seeking restoration of her Family Court Appeal St. No.7370 of 2023, which was dismissed on 25.07.2023 for want of removal of office objections.

The learned Counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all the office objections, within two weeks.

As such, the order dated 25.07.2023 stands recalled and appeal be restored to its original stage, after removal of all the office objections, within two weeks. 5.
