Petitioner has already enjoyed parole of 60 days. Further extension is sought on the ground that the ailment still continues.

The ailment is Hypertension coupled with Ischemic Heart Disease. 3.

After hearing the respective Counsel, we are not finding any case made out. Criminal Writ Petition is, therefore, rejected. No costs.
