Perused the reply.

Looking to the FIR in which all other accused have been named except the present applicant, in my view, following order would subserve the ends of justice.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.646/2015 is allowed.

(ii) In the event of arrest, in Crime No.186/2015 registered with Police Station, Bhadrawati, Dist. Chandrapur, for an offence punishable under Sections 307, 147, 148, 149 read with Section 341 of the IPC, the applicant-Rajesh Ramesh Mahajan, is directed to be released on bail on he executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

aba646.15 (iii) Applicant shall attend Police Station, Bhadrawati, Dist. Chandrapur as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.
