By this application, respondents are seeking transfer of deposited amount to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Gondia.

As per the contention of the respondents, the Insurance Company by filing this appeal challenged the judgment and award passed in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.62/2011, however same was withdrawn, and therefore, the appeal is disposed of.

The Insurance Company has deposited the amount of Rs.4,72,368/- on 31/01/2018 and Rs.25,000/- on 15/12/2018. It is further the contention of the respondents that the respondents are unable to attend the Nagpur for withdrawing the amount.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

Registry is directed to transfer the deposited amount to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Gondia within a period of two weeks.
