DATED :- NOVEMBER 26, 2024 By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay which is caused in preferring the appeal for grant of bail.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has good case on merits and there is every likelihood that the appeal may be decided in his favour. It is further submitted that as the applicant was behind bar he could not arrange for his defence, and therefore, there is a delay caused in preferring the appeal. 3.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, there is sufficient and reasonable cause for condonation of delay.

The application is allowed and the delay is condoned.

The appeal be registered.
