Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. According to her, the issue regarding illegal construction has not been decided by the respondent-authority. 2.

Considering the issue involved, we direct the respondent No.1 to treat the present petition as a representation, and the same be decided in accordance with law, within 10 weeks from today, after hearing the respondent Nos.3 and 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish a copy of the present petition along with a copy of this order before the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from today.
