Since we were not inclined to grant the prayer made in the writ petition after finding that the order of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal is just and proper, the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that a sympathetic view may be taken in the matter as the children of the petitioner are taking education and the petitioner may be permitted to work at Gondia till the end of the academic session i.e. till 30.04.2016. The request made on behalf of the petitioner is just and reasonable. The impugned order was stayed by the Tribunal during the pendency of the original application. We had also directed the parties to maintain status quo as regards the services of the petitioner, by the order dated 5.12.2015.

1801wp6576.15.odt In the circumstances of the case, we permit the petitioner to work at Gondia only till 30.4.2016. The petitioner should however join at Arvi, District Wardha or any other place where the petitioner stands posted by the general orders of transfer, in May, 2016.

The impugned order is not interfered with. Order accordingly. No costs.
