By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 22 days which is caused in preferring the appeal.

Present appeal is preferred by the Insurance Company against the judgment and award passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Buldana. However, the delay of 22 days is caused as the appellant/ company has to obtain the necessary permissions from their superior officials. Wherein, the time was consumed and therefore, delay is caused. Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, it is apparent that sufficient and reasonable cause is their for condonation of delay. 3.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, civil application is allowed. The delay of 22 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Civil application is disposed of.
