CORAM : SMT. VASANTI A. NAIK AND A.I.S. CHEEMA, JJ.

DATE : OCTOBER 7 , 2015.

By this contempt petition, the petitioner seeks an action against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 22.07.2014 in Writ Petition No.4666/2013. It is stated on behalf of the petitioner that the respondents had not complied with the order directing them to pay the salary and other dues to the petitioner within the time stipulated in the order. It is stated that though the salary bill has been paid to the petitioner during the pendency of the contempt petition and the medical bill is prepared and is being paid, the travelling bill is not paid in totality.

As we have not mentioned in the order of which the contempt has been alleged that any particular bill should be paid to the petitioner, except the salary bill and since most of the dues of the petitioner are admittedly paid, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs after accepting the affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.1.
