The appeal bearing No.99 of 2019 is already disposed of on 10.11.2022. The learned Advocate Mr. A. B. Nakshane on behalf of Mr. Parihar, learned counsel for the appellant has no objection for the same. In view of the above, the application is allowed. The respondent Nos.1A and 1B are permitted to withdraw the balance compensation amount along with the accrued interest in the interest of justice. The amount be disbursed on due identification and verification.
