With assistance of learned counsel for applicant as well as learned A.P.P. for the State, I have perused the relevant documents and evidence for considering the application of the applicant. After considering the evidence adduced by the prosecution during the course of trial, when the Court was about to dismiss the application, Mr. Ansar, learned counsel for applicant, submits that he wishes to withdraw the application.
