CORAM : A.B. CHAUDHARI, J.

DATE :

JUNE 19, 2015.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is that for finding out the age of the ink utilized, the Court should have referred the document to the Government Press at Nasik.

On instructions, Mr. Khan, the learned A.P.P. submits that there is no facility available at Government Press, Nashik. On the contrary, job of Government Press, Nashik is to print currency notes, Court Fee Stamps and nothing more.

That being so, the application filed before the trial Court or as the case may be was without finding correct place where such a scientific investigation could made.

crwp1008.14 In view of above, I pass the following order.
