Heard.

The petitioner was compulsorily retired from service as a Clerk working in the District Court, Yavatmal on the ground of his absence from duty. The defence was that he was suffering from Schizophrenia i.e. mental illness. The Administrative Appeal preferred suffers from inordinate delay of 3283 days.

We have gone through the orders passed by the Appellate Authority on the application for review also. We do not find that it is a fit case calling for the interference in the impugned order is passed. The writ petition is dismissed.
