Matter is taken up for final hearing at the stage of admission by consent of the parties and on request of the parties. 3.

The learned Counsel for Petitioners, by this Petition, claiming second benefit of "The Assured Career Progress Scheme". The representation of Petitioners dated 26.09.2024 is pending before the Divisional Social Welfare Officer, Amravati Division, Amravati and the District Social Welfare Officer, Yavatmal i.e. Respondent Nos.2 and 3.

The Petitioners are limiting their relief to the extent that the said Representation dated 26.09.2024 be directed to be decided.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.2 and 3 seeks eight weeks time to decide the said representation.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is partly allowed. 7.

The Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are hereby directed to decide the representation dated 26.09.2024 filed by the Petitioners, within a period of eight weeks.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
