DATE : 09/03/2022 Heard Mr. Awchat, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent. 2] The application challenges the order dated 19.10.2019 by the Family Court-IV, Nagpur, which directs the applicant/husband to make arrangement of Rs. 1,00,000/- as an interim arrangement considering that the respondent/wife was pregnant at that point of time and the applicant was in a hurry to leave the country for his job. Thereafter the application for interim maintenance under Section 125 of Cr.P.C has been decided, which has been challenged in Criminal Writ Petition No. 781/2021 and Criminal Revision No. 12/2022. Considering that the amount was directed to be deposited as an interim arrangement and by order of this Court dated 23.10.2019, the same has been so deposited in the Family Court and permitted to be withdrawn by the

30apl1148.19.odt respondent/wife, the appropriation of this amount shall be considered while deciding Criminal Writ Petition No. 781/2021 and Criminal Revision No. 12/2022, in view of which the present Criminal Application No. 1148/2019 is disposed of in the above terms.
