By order dated 20th July 2022, this Court had suspended the execution of sentence passed by learned Special Court, Warora and released the applicant on bail on his executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with two solvent sureties in the like amount.

By means of this Application, the applicant has come out with a case that he is a very poor person and unable to arrange two solvent sureties for the amount of Rs.25,000/- and requests for reducing the same to Rs.15,000/-.

Perused the Application. The prayer being reasonable, the same is granted. The condition of furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- stands modified to Rs. 15,000/- with further modification of furnishing one surety only, in the like amount.
