DATE : DECEMBER 15, 2016 The present petition seeks to reopen an issue which was not only concluded by the judgment and order dated 11.12.2014 passed in Public Interest Litigation No.67/2013 but also which was reviewed by this Court in Misc. Civil Application No.723/2014 and disposed of on 16.01.2015.

In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition. The same is, therefore, rejected.
