The present application is filed for grant of Stay of the proceedings pending before the Family Court No.2, Pune. 3.

Learned counsel Shri D.P. Dapurkar for the applicant-wife submits that due to mistake there remains to be mentioned in the prayer clause of the main application for Stay. He submits that he has instructions to make a submission before this Court that now the Pune Court has fixed the petition for recording of the evidence on 10.10.2018. He submits that the application filed on behalf of the applicant-wife for .....2/-

mca874.18 24 maintenance is pending at Amravati Court and she is not getting any maintenance from her husband.

In that view of the matter, issue Notice to the nonapplicant, returnable after 6 weeks. 4.

In the meanwhile, there shall be Stay to the further proceedings i.e. I.E. PA 1316/2017 pending on the file of Family Court No.2, Pune.
