Heard Mr. Jawade, A.P.P. for applicant-State. Nobody appears for the non applicant, though served. 2.

It is reported by the learned A.P.P. that the non applicant is behind the bars in other crime and probably that may be the reason as to why the non applicant is not putting in appearance in this Court.

The learned A.P.P. could not point out a case to this Court for successfully attacking the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Buldhana on 30.07.2016 in Bail Application No.213/2016 by which the learned Judge has granted bail on certain conditions in favour of the non applicant. The application for cancellation of the bail is filed on the premise that certain material is not properly considered by the learned Judge. However, it is not sufficient especially when the impugned order shows consideration of the application and prosecution case.

In view of above, the application is rejected. JUDGE kahale
