We have heard respective counsel for sometime. 2.

Considering the nature of challenge in the petition viz. challenge to the communications dated 20.08.2018 and 27.09.2018 issued by the respondent no.5-Sub-Divisional Officer, Akola in relation to the directions to the petitioners to work in the election as Booth Level Officer (BLO), which election is already over. As such, nothing survives for adjudication in the petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. 4.
