Learned counsel Shri D.P.Bhongade for the appellant, submits that during the pendency of present appeal proceedings, Investigating Officer completed entire investigation and filed chargesheet before learned Judge of Court below. He, therefore, submits that he wishes to withdraw the present criminal appeal with liberty to the appellant to file an application before learned Judge below for grant of regular bail.

The criminal appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant to file an application before learned Judge below for grant of regular bail. If such application for grant of regular bail is filed by the appellant within a period of 15 days from today, interim order granted by this Court (Coram : Rohit B.Deo, J.) on 23.10.2019 shall be continued.
