By this application, the applicant/appellant is seeking stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 25.01.2021 passed by the Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Achalpur, District Amravati in LAC No.22 of 2014. 2.

Ms Agrawal, holding for Ms Athalye, learned Advocate for appellant submitted that amount is already deposited and the claimant is already permitted to withdraw the same. 3.

In view of the statement made by the learned Advocate for appellant, the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 25.01.2021 passed in LAC No.22 of 2014 be stayed till final disposal of the appeal.

The civil application is disposed of.

This is an application for withdrawal of amount deposited by the appellant.
