Shares of the parties have been determined in para 6 of the judgment dated 8th September, 2017. However, in the operative part of the order, there is a typographical error. Same is accordingly corrected. Para 7 [ii] of the judgment stands corrected as under:- "7.[ii] The plaintiffs-sisters would get 1/48th share each while the defendant Nos. 1 to 3 would get 9/48th share each in the property of Ganpat. The defendant no.4 Anjanabai would get 19/48th share."

As the defendant no.4 - Anjanabai has expired during pendency of the Second Appeal, her shares would be further distributed amongst the legal heirs by the

executing Court.

Application is disposed of.
