ATED : 11th February, 2020 Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.
By this Application filed under section 439 read with Section 437 (6) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the applicant is praying for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was arrested on 14.7.2018 for offences punishable u/ss. 420, 465, 468 476 read with Section 34 of the IPC. He submitted that the trial will take a long time and since the applicant was in jail from 14.7.2018, he be released on bail. The learned APP contended that the trial Court is taking efforts to dispose of the matter as early as possible.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering that the matter is sub-judice, without commenting on the merits of the case, the learned trial judge is requested to
11.02.BA.997.19+ dispose of the matter as early as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. The applicant is at liberty to approach this court if the matter is not disposed of within the prescribed time-limit. The Criminal Application stands disposed of in the above terms.
