The learned Assistant Government Pleader in response to the order dated 12.12.2022 submits that on 14.12.2022, the Evaluation Committee has determined the amount of compensation that is payable to the present Petitioners u/s 16(1) of the Telegraph Act,1885. The said communication is taken on record and marked "A" for identification. In view of the aforesaid, the grievance of the Petitioners with regard to determination of the amount of compensation stands redressed. If the petitioners are not satisfied with the compensation awarded, they are free to take legal recourse in accordance with law. On this, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
