DATE : 20/02/2023 Mr. Chande, learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Court for clarification of the order passed in Civil Application (F) No. 401/2011 in Second Appeal No. 192/2011, as the order dated 18.11.2022 passed by the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Nagpur, merely implements the said order. The statement is accepted.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
Since Mr. Thakre, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 is not willing to continue with his undertaking, as, according to him, it was an undertaking not to take steps for implementation of the order dated 18.11.2022, the impugned order shall remain stayed for a period of two weeks from today.
