This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted by the Sessions Judge, Buldhana on 25.07.2016 in Crime No.107/2015 for an offence punishable under Sections 409, 418, 420, 120-B, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is reported that the applicant is already arrested and is behind the bars in the connected crime and he is not released on bail in the said crime. The impugned order was passed on 25.07.2016 and the present application for cancellation was filed after considerable period. However, when the applicant is already in jail in some other crime, for investigation in the present crime appropriate course is always open to the applicant.

No case is made out for cancellation of the bail. The application is therefore rejected.
