Ms Indira Bodade, learned advocate for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the applications (Exhs.104 and 106) with liberty to file proper applications.

Mr.S.C.Bhalerao, learned advocate for the respondent opposes the prayer seeking liberty to file fresh applications.

However, considering the facts of the case, the prayer as made on behalf of the petitioners is granted. The petitioners are permitted to withdraw the applications (Exhs. 104 and 106) with liberty to file proper applications. As the applications (Exhs. 104 and 106) are permitted to be withdrawn, the impugned order, which is passed on these applications, has become non-est. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.

2 wp6859.14 The petitioners shall deposit Rs.Five Hundred with High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur and produce the receipt showing the payment on the record of the trial Court within one month, failing which the trial Court shall pass appropriate orders for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court.
