This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted by the Sessions Judge, Buldhana on 11.06.2015 in Crime No.107/2015 for an offence punishable under Sections 409, 418, 420, 120-B, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The learned A.P.P. has prayed for cancellation of bail on the ground that the applicant was an accountant and he is not cooperating in the investigation. However, at the same time, he has stated that the entire documents are already seized by the investigating officer. He submitted that if applicant is directed to attend investigating officer at State C.I.D., Pune and Mumbai, that will serve the purpose of the applicant. 4.

Mrs. Bajaj, learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per the directions given by the Sessions

appln63.16.odt Judge, Buldhana, the applicant had attended the Police Station, Buldhana and subsequently he has attended the office of State, C.I.D. Pune and Mumbai as and when he was called.

The statement is accepted.

In that view of the matter, the application is rejected. However, the applicant is directed to attend the office of State C.I.D. Pune and Mumbai as and when called and shall extend full cooperation to the investigating officer. For attending the office, the investigating officer shall given clear cut 72 hours written communication to the non applicant.

The application is disposed of.
