Shri A. Madiwale, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives notice on behalf of the nonapplicant/State. Criminal Application (APPR) No.245 of 2017 Applicants who have been convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 324, 325 and 326 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code seek suspension of sentence.

Perused the impugned judgment. I find a case has been made out for considering the revision application on merits. By order dated 17/10/2017 the sentence of imprisonment was temporarily suspended. Hence during pendency of the revision application, the applicants are entitled to be released on bail on the same conditions on which they were so released by the

937-REVN-172-17 2/2 appellate Court subject to furnishing fresh bail bonds. The applicants shall file an undertaking in this Court within a period of four weeks that they shall remain present in this Court during hearing of the revision application if so directed.
