DATE : 24.11.2016.

Shri Meshram, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that though the petitioner has filed an appeal under the provisions of Rule 3.21 of the Ashram School Code to the State Government against the order of cancellation of the permission to the ashram school of the petitioner, the State Government is not deciding the same within a reasonable time.

Since the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner is innocuous, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the State Government to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner under the provisions of Rule 3.21 of the Ashram School Code within four months. Order accordingly. No costs.
