We see no difficulty in directing respondent no.2 to take appropriate decision on the representation.

Order 2406wp7344.23 directed to take appropriate decision on the representation moved by the petitioner on 01.06.2019, within a period of two months from today. Needless to mention that all points raised in the petition are kept open.
