The applicant is arrested on 27th April, 2018 in connection with Crime No.162/2018 registered by the non-applicant for the offences punishable under Sections 376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 4 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The crime is registered against the applicant on the complaint lodged by the victim (aged about 16 years and 11 months). The facts on record show that there was love relationship between the applicant and the victim for a period of about 11 months and complaint is lodged by the victim on 27th April, 2018 after the applicant got married on 24th April, 2018.
Be that as it may, the investigation is complete and charge-sheet is filed. The non-applicant has not been able to point out that custody of applicant is

Considering the facts of the case, following order is passed:
The applicant having been arrested in connection with Crime No.162/2018 registered by the non-applicant, he be released on bail on executing P.R. bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) and furnishing one solvent surety in the like amount. The solvent surety shall be furnished by either father or mother of the applicant. The application is allowed accordingly.
