The application is for condonation of delay which is caused in filing the appeal.

As per the contention of the appellant, the appellant is a statutory body who has to obtain the necessary approvals from the higher officials before preferring the appeal wherein the time was consumed, and therefore, the delay is caused.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel Ms Agrawal, that the appellant has explained the delay satisfactorily and considering the reasons, delay be condoned.

Said application is strongly opposed by Shri Patel, learned Counsel for respondent No.1 on the ground that the delay is not properly explained.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader has no objection for condoning the delay.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application that the V.I.D.C. is a statutory body who has to obtain the necessary approvals wherein the time is consumed. There is a satisfactory reason for condonation of delay.

In view of that the delay is condoned and application is disposed of.
