CIVIL APPLICATION F. NO.712/2014 AND CIVIL APPLICATION F. NO.3402/2014 The respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw Rs.5,00,000/- from the amount deposited by the appellant. The

1802fa293.14.odt balance amount be kept in fixed deposit in the Nationalized Bank initially for the period of three years and to be renewed every year till the decision of the appeal.

The respondent nos.1 to 3 are granted liberty to file appropriate application for withdrawal of the interest, which would be accruing on the deposit after one year, if so advised. The civil applications are disposed of in the above terms.
