On instructions, learned APP makes a statement that the appeal itself would be decided within 15 days. Learned APP further submits that the petitioner shall appear before the Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur on 01.10.2025. In this view of the matter, the learned counsel for petitioner at present does not press the petition . 3.
It is made clear that the petitioner shall appear before the Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur on 01.10.2025 and the Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur by 10.10.2025 shall decide the matter.
