Vide order dated 29.09.2025, the First Information Report in question was quashed, subject to the payment of costs of Rs.25,000/- by the applicants and Rs.25,000/- by the non-applicant No.2. The office note shows that the payment of costs has not been paid, however, Mr. Shukla, learned counsel for the applicants has tendered across the bar a Pursis along with a receipt evidencing payment of costs of Rs.25,000/- as per the order of this Court. The Pursis is taken on record. 2.

Mr. Bhandarkar, learned counsel for the non-applicant No.2 also makes a statement that the costs has been paid and he undertakes to file a Pursis during the course of the day. The statement is accepted.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are necessary.
