DATED : DECEMBER 18, 2020 In this Petition, the petitioners and the contesting respondent No.5 have settled their dispute and accordingly, a joint compromise pursis is placed on record. In view of the settlement, the petitioners desire to withdraw the present Writ Petition.

In view of the fact that the learned counsel representing the petitioners before this Court had not signed on the joint compromise pursis and it was signed on behalf of the petitioners by the local counsel, it was thought fit that the petitioners as well as the contesting respondent No.5 should remain personally present before this Court.

Today, when the matter is called out for hearing, all the five petitioners are present in the
2 wp 6644-2014.odt Court. They have been identified on the basis of original Adhar Cards and identity cards, placed before this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

The contesting respondent No.5 has been identified by the learned counsel appearing for the said respondent.

Since the petitioners and the contesting respondent No.5 are personally present in this Court and they support the joint compromise pursis on record, this Court records that the dispute between the parties is settled in terms of the joint compromise pursis. The petitioners are, therefore, permitted to withdraw the present Writ Petition.

Disposed of as withdrawn.
