The Writ Petition is disposed of with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, on the following terms :- (i) The termination order dated 11.01.2016 shall not be acted upon.

(ii) The petitioner would be considered to be a surplus teacher in the School run by the respondent no.3 and the respondent no.3 would send the proposal of the petitioner for absorption in some other School, to the Education Officer (Secondary ), within fifteen days.

(iii) The Education Officer would take appropriate steps for absorption of the petitioner in some other School, in accordance with law.

(iv) The salary bills pertaining to the arrears of salary payable to the petitioner would be submitted by the respondent no.3 to the Education Officer (Secondary) within one month and the

(v) No costs.
