The non-compliance of the order dated 09/01/2018 in Writ Petition No.951/2016 is alleged in this petition.

By the aforesaid order, the respondent no.3 - State therein has been directed to take suitable decision on the report dated 30/09/2015 within three months from the date of communication of the order, by giving opportunity of hearing, if necessary.

Mrs. Jachak, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents/State, by filing an affidavit, states that the aforesaid order has been duly complied with. The communication dated 13/11/2018 has been forwarded to the President, Maharashtra Child Development Field Staff Association.

In that view of the matter, as the non-compliance of the order alleged in this petition has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition for adjudication. Hence, the contempt petition stands disposed of. If the petitioner feels aggrieved by the decision of the respondent/ State, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge it in independent proceedings.
