DATE : 13-02-2023 The applicant seeks review of order dated 11-11-22 on the ground that subsequent to the filing of the decision, the petitioner has been able to lay his hands on the nomination form in which the applicant was shown wife of the deceased and so also a wedding card which is found subsequently (pg 15). The order dated 11-11-20 categorically records that the evidence of Sunil Jadhav, the brother of the deceased, who was examined to demonstrate the marriage between the applicant and the deceased, was devoid of any details altogether regarding the alleged marriage performed between the applicant and deceased Madhukar, as result of which, his evidence has been disbelieved. Thus, there was no material on record to indicate the performance of marriage between the applicant no.1 and deceased

2/2 4 Madhukar. The marriage card, the nomination or the pass book of the bank account of deceased Madhukar are not the documents which would indicate the marriage has indeed preformed. I do not see any reason, to accept the application, the same stands rejected.
