This petition takes exception to the order dated 28th August, 2024 passed below Exhibit 166 in Special Civil Suit No. 4 of 2017.

By the order impugned the trial Court has rejected the application filed by the present petitioner/defendant no.2 to admit in evidence and assign exhibit to a copy of affidavit of one Krushnarao, which according to the petitioner was filed by him in some revenue proceedings.

I have perused the impugned order.

For the reasons recorded by the learned trial Court in paragraph no.5 of the impugned order, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. The petition is dismissed.
