By the application of speaking to the minutes, it has been informed by the learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 5 that in table given in para No.11 of the judgment dated 05.07.2024, the multiplier of '12' instead of '16' has been applied. Consequently, the total compensation payable to the claimants is being affected by the said inadvertent mistake. Therefore, a prayer is made to correct the same. 3.

Considering the joint request coupled with the fact that the deceased was 31 years old at the time of his death, therefore, the multiplier of 16 would apply. Hence, the calculation mentioned in the table at para 11 of the said judgment be corrected accordingly by applying multiplier TAMBE

19 CAO-1356-2024 of '16'. Consequently, in para No.14, the figure of Rs.18,97,472/- be substituted with the figure of Rs.24,53,296/-.
