DATE : November 04, 2019 Notice on the application is made returnable forthwith. Shri P. D. Meghe, learned counsel waives notice for nonapplicant No.1. Prayer is to extend the interim protection that was granted on 25/07/2019 on the ground that the petitioner seeks to challenge that order before the Honourable Apex Court.

The prayer is opposed by the learned counsel for the non-applicant No.1.

Considering reasons mentioned therein the interim order dated 22/03/2019 is extended for a period of three weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension of interim protection would be granted.
