When, this Court was about to dismiss the application, learned Counsel for the applicant submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application for grant of anticipatory bail.

In that view of the matter, the criminal application is dismissed as withdrawn and since the applicant is withdrawing the application, this Court is not giving detailed reasons for dismissal of the application.
