Learned Counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to communication dated 27-06-2023, issued by the District Water Conservation Officer, thereby a communication is addressed to the Regional Water Conservation Officer in relation to the fixation of pay of the petitioner.

According to learned Counsel for the petitioner, the said issue is pending for consideration before the said Authority. 3.

In view of above, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with permission to the petitioner to peruse the said issue with the said Authority.

The petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
